I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was large, airy, clean, and the double bed was very comfy, but the location facing the kitchen was not ideal. The service was fantastic, with staff making me feel welcome and providing great local tips. The location was great too, just off the promenade. However, the dining could only be described as Faulty Towers. Despite some downsides, it's a good option for those visiting the Isle of Man.

I stayed at the hotel for a business visit during w/c 30th January. The room had lovely twin beds and a spacious bathroom with a big shower, although there was no view out of the window. The hotel is conveniently located, just off the seafront and within walking distance to various amenities, making it a great choice for those visiting the Isle of Man.

The staff at the hotel are friendly, which is a huge plus. I had a small encounter with one of the boxing crowd, but overall, the service was amazing.
